Empt

This is a character from EB-the-GAMER's RPG in progress called Cartoon-RPG
that focus on the classic cartoon style, the character designs are imaginative while staying consistent to the feeling of the game.

Empt is my favorite so far and I wanted to color him so much; it's cool, creepy and an assassin.
